Terms and Conditions - Additional Information
Please note, there is a minimum Booking Fee of $50 for photoshoots, custom images, and/or product photography. For larger services, the amount of the Booking Fee may increase. The Booking Fee will be applied to the overall cost of the service. If service is cancelled less than one week from date, the Booking Fee is forfeited and will be retained as the cancellation fee. Client may reschedule once, but cannot be rescheduled less than one week from date of booking. Booking Fees can be made via CashApp, PayPal, or ApplePay. Service is not secured until availability is confirmed by Blu Alys and Booking Fee is received. Invoice will be sent via email. If props are desired for product photography and owner needs to purchase them to complete the photo shoot, additional cost(s) will be added to invoice. Products must be delivered to photographer for product photography unless a local location can be agreed upon. Balance is due day of photo shoot or event.
Images purchased through Blu Alys can be reproduced for the purpose of self use and/or self promotion publications which can include but is not limited to books, cards, calendars, invitations and websites. This agreement does not include the resale or mass production of images for profit without previous written consent of the copyright owner and compensation to the copyright owner. Photos taken may be used in Blu Alys Photography marketing materials and published at least two weeks from the date of photoshoot, unless otherwise agreed upon with owner. Turnaround time is at least two weeks from date of photoshoot. Images from photo package will be chosen by photographer/owner if client does not choose within a two-week timeframe of watermarked images being made available. If photos are time-sensitive, an expedited fee may be discussed. Thank you.
